Sam's expertise in behavioral assessment, financial services talent management,
and leadership coaching has helped 50+ professional services firms solve critical
talent challenges: from investment team hiring to portfolio company CEO assessment
to investment committee effectiveness.
Prior to founding ideamix, Sam was in a senior business development role at Palantir, and at G3, HarperCollins and JP Morgan before that.
Mahitha Gokulachandra is a co-founder of ideamix and leads product development for ideamix designing the platforms that power talent decisions for professional services firms. She combines her experience from Lucent, PeopleSoft, Oracle and S&P Capital IQ and her passion for design and technology to create innovative solutions to empower individuals to achieve their goals.
